Our story
Our story
Biro Vision was founded in 2009 in Belgrade with a simple idea: owners of small and mid-sized companies deserve an accountant who is a partner, not just a processor of paperwork.
Over fifteen years we’ve grown from a two-person office into a team caring for more than 180 businesses, from sole traders and startups to foreign-owned companies.
We believe in clarity: clear numbers, clear deadlines and a clear price. We use technology to be fast, and a human touch to be trustworthy.
Today we keep the books for flat-rate sole traders, entrepreneurs on full books and companies, including foreign-owned businesses run from abroad. We work with clients across Serbia, because documents move electronically rather than across a counter.
How the work actually runs
Instead of general promises, here is what a month with us looks like.
- 01 We collect documents electronically or on paper, and pull e-invoices straight from SEF, so forwarding them is never your job.
- 02 We post throughout the month rather than in the last two days before a deadline, so anything unclear surfaces while there is still time to fix it.
- 03 Tax returns go through the ePorezi portal and employee registrations and deregistrations through CROSO, within the statutory deadlines.
- 04 When a deadline is at risk because documents have not arrived, you hear from us before it passes, not after.
- 05 Every client has one accountant who knows their file, rather than a general help desk.
- 06 At year end we prepare the annual accounts and the tax balance and file them with APR and the Tax Administration.
